Is the Premier League corrupt?

I usually don't like what about ism but if Bernie should have been sent off for that at weekend then what about Gabriel's 'headbutt' on Haaland, what about the tackle on Foden at St James park, which should of been a clear lpenalty and what about the tackle on Doku by Dalot at old toilet, should have been a sending off. Not a conspiracy but we've had a few go against not just this season, think the Rashford offside at old toilet in 23. That decision yesterday and all the pulling nonsense in the box has been allowed all season and Arsenal have benefitted from that more than any other team in the league. Surely you can agree with that.
And the tackle on Doku against Everton, straight red 100%

They've got you haven't they?
You now see what they want you to see.

Mate, did you not see the other 4 or 5 fouls taking place at the same time?

Why wasn't the referee asked to go to the screen to take a look at the two players impeding Pablo as he went up the ball? Any footage of the incident you can see the arms around him. If they weren't there, he doesn't need to reach across Raya to get to the ball.

If he was asked to look at that, or that plus his arm on Raya. The outcome should have either been a penalty to West Ham (as he was being fouled), or a goal (because both sides were equally to blame).

Going for a disallowed goal after approximately 50 replays from all angles shows that there was an intent from the off to try and disallow it.

You can tow the Premier League and POGMOL line if you want, I'm calling it out for what it was. Blatant cheating
Great post, 100%

I disagree totally... They know exactly what they're doing

Then we have benefited from this consipiracy?

The Rodri handball during one season could have gone either way.

Bernardo this last game gone where he bearhugged a player in the box.

It's easy to say one team benefits when we outselves have had decisions go our way.

It is happening in every game. For me, Bernardo was lucky last week for throwing an Everton player on to the floor. I think there should be some leniency for outfield players, to a certain extent. But touching a keeper, in a way which prevents them claiming the ball, should be a foul.

The rule should be clear. Going up for a header and having body contact should be ruled as fine, but any intentional blocking or touching by hands is a foul. It's not really difficult to rule, it has just got out of hand.
Why should the keeper get special treatment?

“Touching a keeper in any way that prevents them claiming the ball should be a foul”?

Really?

This VAR call has damaged the image of the Premier League as has the way that Arsenal has played this season. I do believe that the reffing has been biased towards making them winners - as with Liverpool in prior seasons - and the fine margins have made the difference.
Next year I think the Premier League will want more exciting football and less controversy and this should favour us but they are probably hoping that we get knobbled off the pitch so there can be a dream dippers/rags race.

The clutching, grabbing, jostling in the box has gotten so far out of hand. It happens ever set piece especially on corners. Arsenal have made a science out of it.

I don't know what the solution is but you can't adjudicate for every single infraction- which is part of the reason clubs like Arsenal are using this to their advantage.

Something has to change. I am getting so tired of this game I love no longer being the glorious spectacle it once was because it's being vivisected frame by frame.
There is only 1 solution.

They leave all decisions to real-time AI, using a software that every member of the public can also access in real-time. Full transparency.

Take every bit of human bias and emotion out of it. Take “subjective” out of it.

I just think there’s too much money involved for it to be left to chance, this season has been ridiculous.
The 115 fight with the PL has definitely got a baring on the officiating we’ve had this year.

No it isn’t.

What you’re describing is cheating. Whether we might have benefitted or not from it, it’s still cheating.

That cannot be right in our national sport.

The ref had already blown for an offside before the ball touched Rodri.

I've watched the Rodri 'handball a number times and the ref gives offside. He clearly raises his arm and gives offside.

This season has been off the chart
