Not sure where the best place to post this is but this is an utter disgrace by the club and needs sorting.

Seems like he works offshore, and City Matters have (unsuccessfully) taken his case up. It seems like he's a classic case for a Flexi Gold ticket but it doesn't say if he's been offered one.I wonder what the circumstances are behind this. Very sad to read.
He should contact City Matters.
Context?
After reading on here about the possibilities of what may happen, and then hearing it's actually happened, is annoying to say the least. It happened to both my sons last season.
The reason they only had 8-9 games is because my Dad broke his hip half way through the seasonand he and his mate stopped attending for obvius reasons. So my sons used their season tickets so they could sit next to me instead of at the back of the stand. I told city and they didn't care. After 3 generations of blues going back 60 years they've killed the family link and my sons have got out of the habit.
Disgraceful when the ticket has been used for every game albeit not by the holder.
YesI don’t understand how City know he hasn’t attended if the ticket has been used? Does it mean he’s transferred to someone on his friends and family too many times?
Wow. So easy to judge the club without all the factsFuck off City, what stupid horrible legacy fan hating cunts you have become
