My god that is one delicious pass, John Stones esque. Defo a place for him next year in our group of 5 centre backs. Be very interesting to see what happens if they all stay fit as they all have different brilliant attributes.
 
Echeverri misses a one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
V. Reis clears the ball off the line, his reading of the game still excellent.

Reis played the whole match, looks accomplished and looks a level above Girona. He likes to get forward when he sees an opportunity
Echeverri came on for about 30 minutes. Very hard to know what to make of him. Puts his head down and runs and is a bit like Tevez, all action.
I would worry that he may get the Savinho treatment if he came back to us too soon as he is a little frustrating.
There is undoubted ability but hard to know what will be the end product.

Reis looks a diamond to me.
Echeverri looks great in spurts and is certainly a difficult player to contain. Given the mess of his other loans, I would be tempted to keep him at Girona for one more year.
 
Reis starting for Girona at 7pm, Girona are 2nd bottom and 5 points off a European spot. Mental really.
