I am actually the most footy stressed I've been all season about this one. The Carabao final was a free hit, as Arse were expected to win on their way to The Quad ( that aged well) so the win was a nice bonus.

But I've been worried about Chavs throughout. They are a cup team, although they are better than their league position has suggested all season. They will turn up. Ours better had, I just don't want the unenviable record of losing 3 consecutive FA Cup finals, plus all the expense people have gone to getting to Wembley.

I was struggling to work out, apart from Bernie who the midfield were on Wednesday.

And unfortunately, fwiw, I think we've seen the last of Rodri this season.

I saw that. I reckon he's on the wind-up. In fact, I suspect that as a former Chelsea player he's hoping the players'll see that and get well riled up.
I hope and expect us to win, but there's no way we're beating them 5-0. They're not going to just roll over to have their tummies tickled.

It was Bernado and Phil with Guardiol doing a Nico O-Reilly and trying to drop in. Do that again and Chelsea will give us a problem I think. He might actually put Kovocic there as the only other option is Gonzalez and he's looked poor.

Harsh on semenyo but he can come on for any of the front 4. Want to see Cherki Foden and Doku together. I think however Pep will play semenyo and will pick either Cherki or Foden. Cherki probably deserves to start more though.
 
Interesting squad decision tomorrow regarding whom to omit. Can we really justify including all 6 centre backs? Unless there are other injuries to midfielders, one presumably has to make way.
