Seems like no chance of Rodri starting which is a huge loss. I think Pep sticks with Bernardo there ahead of Gonzales.
 
Not much came out of the 1st part of the press conference. 2nd part tonight.

Rodri will travel and we will see as to his fitness
 
Rodri was always going to travel. All injured players usually do for a final unless they're physically incapable. Don't expect him to be involved tbh, feels like Pep is just refusing to give helpful information to Chelsea. Good news about NoR being available though. Assuming Rodri is out, Bernardo and kovacic in midfield for me. Nico an option to replace Kovacic who probably cannot do 90 yet.
 
The midfield duo will be critical. Hoping Rodri makes it, even if it means he misses the last two league games as a result.

Bernie can't find that ball forwards enough and Nico has been sloppy when he has played, even despite his winner against Southampton. Would expect Kovacic gets the nod alongside Bernie as he can find that pass through.

Will be interesting tactically. I think Chelsea will go with the 5 at the back again so we will need Cherki to create that magic.

I'm going for a 3-1 City win.

That’s correct travelling is no guide. I’m hoping he has a genuine chance though. When Pep says “we will see” it can equate to it’s up to the player themselves. When there is no chance he normally just says “no” or “getting better but not yet” Your point about keeping whether he plays or not a secret is also true but that could play out either way in that he wants them to think he won’t and he does and vice versa.
