I don’t think Cherki does more defensively/to help the midfield 2 than Marmoush so it’s not really any different to the lineup we’ve settled on the last few weeks.

The real interesting thing will be who is in the middle because Pep has played all 3 of Semenyo, Doku and Marmoush as the player off Haaland in the middle and I really hope he’s going with Doku not Semenyo who doesn’t suit it IMO.

That lineup seems to lack creativity, and with several players not having the best first touch, there’s a risk of losing possession and being vulnerable to counter attacks. Hope I’m wrong though.

Marmoush offers more energy and better high pressing than Cherki. When the game slows down, Cherki may be very useful off the bench. A,bit risky, but let's see.

Doku may have a free role and change positions. He's the best option at 10 in the starting XI. If he is at his best, we win this.
