Seat Counters 25/26

Talking of Scotland , got in after the match on Wednesday and was watching the highlights of the Rangers game on sky sports news ,
The caption at the start had the attendance on as being 50,000 + !

If there was 30000 there I would be making it up !
Not having a go a Rangers , I’m sure the empties were season tickets holders who no showed now they are out of the title race , but compare that to the shit we get for a couple of thousand at most who was missing at our game for probably similar reasons ?

It’s the only stick they the media have got left to beat us with and tbf it’s not even true !

The crowd against palace I thought was decent , u always get empties at night games from season card holders who cannot make it all the time ?
Especially since we filled approx 2,000 seats which Palace couldn't sell.

Just had email saying I need to collect Wembley tickets at ground tomorrow. They had already been sent out as mobile tickets. Never had this happen before. Will the mobile tickets now not work?

I think they block a certain amount so the mobile one wont work at turnstile

To an extent. You can revert back to how things were previously, but the damage has been done and I imagine a lot of people that got alienated by it all will have now sacked it off altogether.
That's a fair point - i think blue moon should take over ticketing - it will be a lot better / fairer and we'd have much greater knowledge of what really works for the fans..and ultimately the club will prosper.. were talking proper community links, allocations, red flags. even partner business' for sale of tourist tickets - we need them as well... and community txting for deserving groups - targeted local groups etc... we'd be miles better - have more chance of firming up local match going support for the long term etc...as well as the commercial need to maximise match day revenue... but maybe that part from a targeted audience...

It could be worse.
Over 58,000 at this match.lol.
Never ever get tired of this game.

This was so stunning. The greatest English team ever. No one can dispute this beause of the stats. Two things stand out from this video. The classless Arsenal fans booing their own team when they were witnessing one of the best football displays ever seen in their stadium. The other thing is that it is easy to forget just how utterly brilliant Leroy Sane was before his ACL injury. Totally devastating.

Some certainly will. There is also some that certainly won't.

People get out the habit of going, some have picked up a new hobby instead, others don't miss it as much as they thought they would etc. Lots of other reasons too.

I know a few former season ticket holders that don't go at all anymore. The whole 10 game in person criteria was absolutely nonsense, if the dippers and rags don't even have that criteria with more demand it was complete idiocy to impose it on us. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
That's why the club need to ditch the stupid restrictions within the next couple of weeks and give those they've kicked out additional time to renew full season tickets.
Unless there really are loads of lapsed fans wanting to return.

Do we need to talk about the empty seats at Wembley? In mean WTF is going on? Put the sold out signs up without even opening it to members who hadn't attended an FA Cup home match. We have a club which is run as a world class outfit from top to tail. Will we ever get a ticket office to match? Now we all have to suffer the "small club can't sell all their tickets" jibes because of their **** up. And I'm sat watching on the telly when I could've been there.

To be fair there were plenty of patches of empty seats in the Chelsea end as well.

We sold out, we get just over 32000 seats in 90000 stadium; obviously neutral tickets for the football community not sold/taken up.

I’ve got a Weird Wembley conundrum for the seat counters. There was a block of about 10 empty seats at the bottom of every isle on the top tier, in both the City and Chelsea ends.

It was clearly sold out and those empty seats you saw in our end were mirrored in the Chelsea end.
They were clearly FA tickets that they didnt sell
