2026 Community Shield | Millennium Stadium

Let’s see how many cockney’s turn up for this (assuming Arsenal will be in it either as Champions or runners up?)
Cockney’s find it an insult that they should have audacity to be asked to travel to any event. They mock City fans for not selling out a semi 200 miles away. Let’s count their empty seats for this one.

Not many, tends to be West London, Surrey and former Middlesex.

What will the allocation be like? Holds just under 75000 so I would assume around 30000 tickets? Wonder if Arsenal will sell many? Think we will just about sell out.

I've just been looking at the train times for today, thinkng it will probably be similar, with them both been Sundays. First one out of Piccadilly today seems to be 1.30 pm. Hopefully it won't be similar then.

Oh yes we have! Given 200,000 fans were at York away, those of us who travelled for this TNS game are the real hardcore.

I was there. When we qualified for Europe for the first time in my match going lifetime, I promised myself that wherever/whoever we drew in Europe I’d be going. TNS of Wales FFS

The train are out for it already pretty much one direct an hour from 9.30, last train back is 7.49.

Whatever happens this week we'll be playing Arsenal.
Villa Park would have been a better option.

Could have been in a better location but at least the London club has been inconvenienced as well, sick of the financial burden falling on fans outside of London. Could have picked a stadium in the north though.

That said I'll go, never been before.

To be fair, Cardiff pubs around the stafium are very good.
Seems transport links are not so.
Hope I'm wrong but I cannot see a great rush for tickets for this one.
A staduim in the Midlands would be a better option.
Leicester was a good venue.

Ah right there is a concert at Wembley! Maybe have the semi finals of the fa cup at Cardiff as well hey seeing they rather have a concert there for a community shield
