Bournemouth need a point for Europa League football.

If they want Champions League football they need to either:

- Beat City (H) and Forest (A) and hope Liverpool draw/lose to Brentford (H) to get 5th.

Or

By finishing 6th:
- Better Brighton result against United (H) across their City (H) and Forest (A) games.
- Hope City beat Villa (H)
- Hope Liverpool beat Brentford (H)
- Hope Villa win the Europa League.

It's mad but the bottom scenario is probably the most realistic, unless they take points off of us in which case we might take Villa easy.

Basically a draw suits neither team if Bournemouth are hoping for CL football.
 
Was just checking the league table and noticed that Bournemouth have drawn 16 games this season .... that's MORE than ANY other Premier League club.

Maybe a bit of a pointer as to how Tuesdays game is likely to go ???

Hardly the best set of officials, though i think fatigue is our main worry ..... it's not only 3 days after we played at Wembley, but it's also a very long journey .... it could be a very quiet journey too if Arsenal get the result they want tomorrow night!
 
Pep will go with runners and fresh legs. He’s brilliant at switching it up at the half, so I’d expect O’Reilly to bag 1 or 2. Foden to start. Marmoush to come on. Etc.

They are all cheats. Would you feel any better if Atwell, England, Tierney or Oliver were in charge?
 
I think Bournemouth are home and dry already, but it is Iraeola’s last home game, and the last home game until the stadium begins expansion, so the home fans will be on fire. What will be will be.

That’s us being stitched up then,Bournemouth are just over 3/1 might stick some money on to soften the blow of those two twats fucking us over ..

It’s a hard one to call.

I honestly don’t know which way this game is going to go.

There is so much riding on the result for both sides.

Both sides need to win, so it should be an exciting and attacking game.

Thats extremely sensitive. Anyone saying gonzales is shite does sound a pleb, hes a good player who has alot of qualities, still uncertain if hes at our extremely high level however

He offers nothing defensively, has zero physicality and Bournemouth will be full on pace wise

Accident waiting to happen if he starts

Surely you’ve seen enough to figure out he’s nowhere near the level for a game of this stature ?
