North stand relocation

Anybody successfully relocated to the north stand this morning? Can’t work out how to do it

I've just done it. If you go on the website and into your account. After you click on the Season Ticket tile, the top bar will change and you need to click on Season Tickets and then Buy. Clear as mud as usual.

Also be aware that if you're looking for a certain seat number that you've already researched on the seat viewer thing - some of the seat numbers are back to front compared to the stadium map that comes up on the City website

I think the 10 am was for the safe standing enhanced singing sections. The others are at 3pm

When I go into my account then click on my season tickets the relocate button is still greyed out even though I’ve pre registered my interest in relocating.

Go to the season ticket dropdown at the top and click Buy, then you can choose Gold or Platinum and go through the relocation process. Or you can ring the club, I just rang and was on hold for ten minutes or so but they were really helpful and I got it done.

All working now, I just relocated to Lvl2 block 235 from Colin Bell lvl 1 block 023. Just took £155 off my seasonticket cost for the year. Fairly happy.

Do the ticket office ever answer the bastard phone, been on hold for 32 minutes trying to relocate 10 of us and the only option online to pay is for me to sign up to a £575 direct debit every month, not sure Mrs Gaz would be too happy with that

Actually scrap that, I've just checked my email for the renewal, and it's put me 10 rows further back than what I selected!? No way to change them, no answers on X and 25mins on hold so far for the phoneline. Can never do anything smoothly can they!

Not sure I understand the windows for this I have an email stating I can relocate and also am eligible to upgrade sons membership to a season ticket but can only do it on the phone from 10 am Wed, yet others are already moving today ?

Yep - i re-located to North Stand 236 Row 40 for £485 and me and a pal. Ive paid by Direct Debit for the last 11 Seasons and when i went to pay by DD, it was for both of our Tickets - mine and his. Ended up whacking the whole £970 on a Credit Card and my pal will do a Transfer for cash, I rang the Ticket Office to see if i could change my Season Ticket back to DD, and was on hold for over an hour and the guy basically said there's nothing we can do... surely they could have sorted it so fans who were eligible to purchase could allocate a Season Ticket to their 'friends and family' and they all got a separate email with a link for Payment Options, with the Seat reserved.... hmmmm... at least i've got a nice central North Stand 'cheaper' seat, next to my oldest City pal from Maine Road Kippax days

Went on to relocate 3 of us , gave up in the end, cant pay for all 3 , surely you could just select a seat and then carry on as normal
