Pep to leave at the end of the season

Actually City's fans are remarkably loyal to managers. I can't remember the last time any of our managers got booed and chanted at in the stadium. There was some unrest building at the end of the Pellegrini era but it didn't really appear in the stands and after the announcement everyone was supportive and wished him well. Posts on forums don't count. All forums are full of bollocks.
Was it just me that hated Ron Saunders's guts?

Yeah that’s the spirit.

I hope this fan base doesn’t turn cuntish and turn on Maresca before he’s even started. Get behind the man. United fans treat Moyes badly, 13 years on and they are still a shambles. Who ever is our next manager, we have to be behind him.
Why are we talking about a manager who isn't even here yet. It's bizarre.

Tough situation for pep because if we were out of the title race his decision would be known already, now i expect it to be known only when the league has been decided, very soon anyway

Hughes. Things got ugly after the 1-1 draw vs Hull.

Three things stand out things for me during and after the FA Cup celebrations at Wembley.

1 Khaldoon and Pep embrace on the gantry before receiving the FA Cup wasn’t an emotional one maybe a toned down respectful one ?
2 Pep walked off from a TNT interview when callously put on the spot about leaving .
3 No emotionally farewells to the adoring City fans in the stands after the presentations . Possibly Peps last Wembley appearance and he is a very very emotional man so everything seemed amicable there .

Pep deffo has his poker face on the last week or so again considering how emotional he can be it’s a strange one to work out …….
Unless it’s business as usual ?
Which it is.

then nothing else needs to be said but i would still expect journos to say something like " he decided to stay/signed for another season/couple of seasons".

Pep has said he's staying so why all the flapping

When he was asked are you staying next season He said "yes". Why do people think this means he's off?

flappers will be flappers

Has pep explicitly said he's staying or has he just confirmed the existence of a contract for another year?
Yes he said he was staying the he was asked if he would be here next season and he said yes, I don't know why people don't believe what he says the BBC even said it was a bad day for the rest of the Premier League.

Have I missed something regarding Pep?

The power of social media on full display. Pep has never indicated he might be off, regular mentioned his contract, then point blank said yes when asked if he will be here next season. You cannot have any more definitive proof than that but because enough clueless journalists have decided to make a story and circulate it relentlessly, enough of the dumb dumbs latch on to it for immade up doubt to be a bigger story than the words from Peps own mouth. Mental thing to see in all honesty.

I can only really repeat what I have already said, when he says yes he struggles to keep a straight face he also says odd things like to the BBC when he said "You know I am here and I am here at the end of the premiere league season".
That's just my opinion though and you're free to hold another one, not that either of our opinions will change a damn thing though so it is what it will be.
For what it's worth though I hope I look like a twat for saying he is going and he stays.

He'd be insane to leave this summer. We've somehow finished second and would have walked the league if we didn't capitulate and draw some games in second halves.

Next season has potential, with a few signings, to be another memorable one.
