If they charge the new season ticket prices to old season ticket holders u18s will be going up 60%
 
Also in the new north stand - block 234-239 (rows 1-39) are £745 for adults / £500 18-21, but if you hit jackpot, Row 40/41 it’s £485 adults / £320 for 18/21

The message I just got was that they are answering calls in two hours! Madness. Why not just let people relocate online, surely the technology exists?

Can’t do it online if you’re relocating to north stand and getting a new st for a junior.

I rang up yesterday. Sorted everything within an hour.
Row 47 £425 & £200 each for the juniors

I'm going to be on hold for some time yet, but the email states "and find seats in the stadium next to each other". I read that as you can purchase anywhere there is availability.

I rang the club about this yesterday, 1hr 10mins to get through.
I moved my seats online from Colin Bell lvl1 to North Stand 235, the map let me select row 25, but when the emails come through it's put me in row 35.
Rang up, they said there must have been an error as rows 25-34 shouldn't have been up for sale, so they can assume it's glitched and put me on row 35.
Said to her well I might as well moved back 5 rows and save myself £250, she said it's not possible now I've already done a relocation and I've got to wait and hope there's some left when the general seat move happens in June.
Nightmare.
 
Usual bullshit from the club on ticket administration. Current queue for pre-registered junior season tickets is 1hr 35m. But that's ok, I can press 1 for a call back when I get to the front of the queue right? WRONG! Option is not currently available, as it never is when it's busy. I genuinely believe that there is a Head of Frustration for Tickets, who's job it is to make things as difficult as possible to do the most simple things when trying to get or change tickets

Agreed, it's crap. I called at 2pm. At 15:47, still on hold. Luckily I'm working whilst on hold so it's not a complete waste of time, but I'm sure listening to this same hold music for nearly 2hrs will give me PTSD in later life.

You must been near the front.... I joined 20 mins after you so I still have to listen to the mind numbing tune...... they could at least play some decent music...
 
They say press option 5 for north stand or junior season tickets, or press 1 for general fan queries, but both have the exact same hold times. Wtf dont they split the teams and reroute the calls properly
