Enzo Maresca

Any ideas on Maresca's back room staff?
At Chelsea he had, Willy Caballero – Assistant, Roberto Vitiello – Assistant, Danny Walker - First Team Coach, Michele De Bernardin - Goalkeeper Coach, Marcos Alvarez - Fitness Coach, Javier Molina Caballero – Analyst, and Bernardo Cueva - Set Piece Coach

Cheers. I suppose he'll want all his own staff as well. It's a huge move for the club, they must be confident he can hit the ground running.

You were never going to be able to match up to Guardiola with his replacement. The most influential manager of the last 20 years doesn't exactly have an understudy.

Maresca hasn't managed at a club with the support network he will have here (Chelseas ownership are fucking idiots) so he will get the opportunity to do things his way and I'm willing to wait and see.

Whoever it was after Pep, whether its Maresca, Kompany, Tony Pulis, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Your first paragraph is spot on. But we do need a more senior type of manager who has a good track record. Someone like Enrique , the PSG manager ,who is similar to Pep's style would be excellent,in myopinion. He would be the man but I don't think we could persuade him.

I couldn't care about his tactics

I just he have the personality to choose whats best for the team instead of trying to please & keep his relationship with the old guard.

Why do people keep bringing up David Moyes?

That tool won the league and left them with an aging shit team with nobody of relevance upstairs to take the club forward, despite over seeing everything for two decades
