Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

A huge respect to Arteta, he created a process, followed it and it paid off in the end. Everybody laughed at him, derided him, called him names..and who is laughing now! Love or hate the way they play, the are deserved winners in the title race that never was. And if they bum PSG with an ugly 1:0 even better.
Vomit inducing.

Yeah, I'll be keeping my hat on thank you very much. A limited team with a limited manager playing limited football. Their fans know it too. Given every advantage and still nearly pissed it away.

I don’t think we did enough to win the title but I’m not changing my view on Arsenal. They have put football back 40 years. They are an anti-football team. Even against Burnley they were diving at every opportunity. Let’s just call it what it is. They are cheats. A stain on football as far as I am concerned.
You guys both realise i'm taking the piss out of those praising Arse, right? Just clarifying.

I can respect any football club for winning the league but not these because something stinks about it.
Basically as their only pursuers for the title this season we've been stitched.
We've compeated in an unwinnable tournament.
How many apologies from pigmol this season for events in Arsenal games that have led to them gaining points?
Too many for me, to have an ounce of respect for Arsenal, the Premier League or football in general anymore.
This season seems to have been so manufactured it's unreal.
It scares me to think there's no integrity anymore and football can be doctored to achieve whatever outcome is preferred by faceless people in meetings rooms.
I'm sorry but this Premier league outcome just doesn't feel right this year, something doesn't sit right about it unfortunately.

We're still laughing. We were only unwittingly sucked into a title race in the last month or so because they shit their pants after we played them off the pitch in the league cup final.

Roughest, manhandling side we've seen since Leeds could end the season with no red cards and no penalties?

But yeah, hAts OfF tO aRseNaL... fuck 'em, the anti-football boring cunts. Sooner would've seen Villa win it if we couldn't.

To some extent I haven't a problem with Arsenal - if the ref says play on, you play on. If the fouls don't get given, you do them again.

How they've been officiated this season has been atrocious, but they have made the most of it. It's a shame for football, but hopefully refs put a stop to it next season.

Hats off to Arsenal. Any team that wins it deserves it. I felt it was over after Everton but we did well to reel them in.

They have not conceded since we beat them and that is what tipped it their way.

Great defending and great efforts by VAR to help along last two games and two very dodgy decisions to help them seal the deal..............

That is a huge amount of disrespect to our team if you really are a Blue. They are not deserved winners, it was help from pigmol. If the Dips had been showing any form, it is they who would have been the recipients of all the official help that VArsanal benefitted from. Just get back to the Arsanal forum.

I cannot believe you have the audacity to make such a post.

Well on the case of the officiating it is absolutely not normal for a team that defends so physically to not give away a penalty all season when you watch how many soft ones are given over the course of a season.

I also think there is a link between Harry Kane leaving Spurs and suddenly for three years they rarely get a penalty. To back up what I feel is a bias VAR handling. Maybe subconscious because the on-field ref didn't give it and they don't want to go against their colleague but it's not normal.

And Arteta has shown his true colours and limitations as a manager.

Without employing his shabby tactics he demonstrated that he isn't good enough a manager to compete with other top clubs.

He really wouldn't look out of place with Simeone at his worst.
