They used to play The Boys in Blue Never Give In on a loop. I still shudder when it comes on...

Took me 1hr 53mins to get through. Then another 20mins or so to get sorted, mainly because of me pissing about with different seats options. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful so can't fault the service once I finally got through.

I also asked him about Pep but he said he hadn't heard anything.

Me and my long term City pal, who I used to stand on the Kippax with, hit the jackpot - i put us both in for North Stand seating ST and yesterday I relocated our 2 separate seats to 2 together in 236 Row 40, central, in line with the goal below us.. £485…. very happy

I managed to get Block 237, Row 41 - 2 end seats. Would have preferred row 40 but end of row seats were taken!

I moved my seats online from Colin Bell lvl1 to North Stand 235, the map let me select row 25, but when the emails come through it's put me in row 35.
Rang up, they said there must have been an error as rows 25-34 shouldn't have been up for sale, so they can assume it's glitched and put me on row 35.
Said to her well I might as well moved back 5 rows and save myself £250, she said it's not possible now I've already done a relocation and I've got to wait and hope there's some left when the general seat move happens in June.

For as frustrating as they can be sometimes, they sort things out in the end.
They've just given me a ring back and said they've managed to find a way to cancel my old seat selection and let me select some new seats, so all sorted now and happy.

just wondering why this can't be done online , it is 2026... just giving someone who pre-registered access for buying ST
 
Has anyone got through today yet? currently 1h 30 into being on hold a second time after previously doing 30 then getting cut off!

Its a piss take , I'm currently at 2hrs on hold and no answer, why on earth they couldnt let us do this online i have no idea would have taken 5 minutes.

Fully agree, worst bit is it could be a total waste of time as I don't want to move too far, amd no idea what is available, if nothing suitable I will just buy the seats from other season ticket holders around Me like i've done the last few Years, madness
