I've had that feeling too mate. They say you should never go back, but with Pep you can surely make an exception. I can't see any other job that excites him enough to come back for and there's only so much golf you can play.

With his video at the end he mentions Oasis are back together and maybe I'm reading too much into it, but thought that was quite cryptic. I'll let him have a year or two off if it means him coming back for another decade. Haha.

I fully believe it was the likes of Pep that put piss can into an earlier retirement than expected. I know Pep wasn't in the league yet but he had Piss Can literally shaking on the bench in the CL final just a couple of seasons before he chucked it in. I think it was then that piss can knew that a new breed of managers were coming though, much more tactically astute and detailed, influenced by Pep who was spearheading it all. I think he was smart enough to realise he was going to be a dinosaur if he stuck around any longer and bailed.

No manager comes close to Pep.
 
There will.never be another like him, but that's not to say City's success ends with him. He's shown us the way, now we must learn from it and keep competing for honours at the highest level, not do a Scum and rest on our 'istree' being enough.

Just got home from work, and for some reason come on here before I walk in, and see all this.
Not going to lie, but I'm in a state
The neighbors walking by probably thinking the worst with me sat here for over 30 minutes
 
Gutted, thanks Pep you have given me some of the happiest times of my life. The PL will definitely be a poorer place without him. He is probably leaving at the best time after winning 2 trophies.
