Just saw something from Robertson about Pep. Got to say that was an unbelievably classy comment from an otherwise utter ****.

I do think now that that era is all over for both of us and now that Arsenal have arrived on the scene, there will be more acknowledgement and mutual respect between the two clubs with regards to the levels both clubs reached.

Don't get me wrong, I hate those vile cultist more than anything but the appropriate respect can now be shown. Arsenals horrific approach to a title and the lack of quality at the pinnacle of this league enables both sides to reognise how exceptional that era was. Both clubs pushed each other to never before seen levels. I don't think we will ever see a 2 way fight of that standard ever again. All made better by the fact that we utterly dominated it too.
Let’s be honest Liverpool under Klopp were top quality.
Hated them at the time because we we competing with them.
two top sides pushing each other to break records.
Watching Arsenal now is really just showing how good both teams were.

I have disliked Liverpool for decades and not for footballing reasons, no club comes close to how badly behaved they and their fans have been. Klopp suited them, he was a sly mealy mouthed guttersnipe.

Yeah, absolutely excellent team. No team is even close to our and liverpools best teams a few years ago.

Brilliant team. That Klopp team would have handed any Premier league team in history their arses, except Pep's city team. And they actually played football too, they weren't looking to scrape through games.

Don't like their fanbase. I'm sure plenty are very decent people but they have a disproportionate about of trouble makers who cause chaos and problems.

Like others I now have a bit of grudging respect for the dippers borne out of that shower of shite winning it this year.
And to think I respected you as a poster, gave you likes an' every fink.

I bet you'll be posting about S*r Al*x soon.

You're dead to me.

Edit: name the other turncoat bastards. I need to know who to hate. (Even if normally their posts are good)

It’s so hot and sunny out.
Does weird things to my grey matter.
Temporary leave of my senses an all that :-(
Someone’s hacked my account maybe that Peccary bloke?

As we say goodbye, adieu and adios to fuckin' legends its great to realise that thanks to Pep, we've forgotten about these fuckers.
6th ? I don't really know, maybe 5th, who cares.
We fill the streets and the arena to say goodbye to our players whilst one of theirs openly slags the manager off on his retirement week. They were going to name the new stand after him but we're frightened that if they did, it would fall down.

They were going to parade all the anfield legends to salute Salah. Unfortunately Pancake won't allow Gerrard to go back to Liverpool, Aldridge had an AA meeting, Henderson is still getting chased by the tax man and the rest simply replied 'get to fuck'.

You will never be dead to me after referring to me as your "wing man" some time ago!

Have to say that whilst I used to issue a few expletives when "you lot" kept on beating us to the title, I found myself issuing a few more expletives when you dropped points at the "arse" end of this season. It was "fucking City", but from a different standpoint.
An altogether poor end to the season with huge VAR calls, Gabriel not Off, Havertz not off, the carnage in the box at West Ham and that penalty in Scotland. All combined with Liverpool playing utter crap football.
I would like to think that the "palate cleanser" of a World Cup would set me up for next season (next season will be our season!), but alas, if Slot stays I imagine more stale football being served up next year.
I cannot see us pushing for the title next year, so you lot need to pull your fingers out to stop Lego head making it back to back.

I think next season will be one of the most unpredictable ever.

I have no idea of how City will do and Liverpool and the rags are similarly unpredictable.

I would like to see a crackdown on the grappling based set pieces and think that may happen as it has damaged the "product" this season with Arsenal seemingly disliked by everyone bar their own fans.

Just like Varsenal were in this season just gone, the rags will be the PIGMOL sponsored team in the season ahead. It's their turn.

It will take a monumental effort to prevent that outcome.

But that's no different to how it has been for the last 8 seasons.

Rags will have another drop off :) lets not forget that the bastard had a free ride in no European football and getting pumped out of the cup comps very early gonna be a lot tougher for them

Think you're referring to this. Yes, gotta give Robertson his flowers on this occasion. This was no need for him to mention Pep, let alone Coleman when getting interviewed about Salah leaving. Thought it was pretty classy from him, which isn't something I thought I would say.
