Trophy Parade in Manchester | Mon 25th May

Me and family saw the coaches 3 times with a bit of effort. Was absolutely brilliant. Thanks for putting that on City, loved every minute. Great to see the men’s and women’s team up close like that. Was fabulous that the women’s and youth champions got to experience that too.
Don’t care what other supporters on here thought, but I thought it was great.

There were always going to be gaps in the parade with the route and half the people in the co-op.

I get what your saying but most blues i know had every excuse under the sun. Bank Holiday, sun cracking the pavement, free to watch. It should have been packed. Just like the early leavers, we've become entitled fans

Sorry but I’d respectfully disagree. Town was rammed all around Newton Street and once out of town there were fans lining the whole route anyway. Sure, some fans followed the bus all along the route but there were fans lining the route regardless.
In fact, I’ll go as far as saying that was the best parade I’ve been to. Normally if on Deansgate once the buses have gone past that’s it as it’s so difficult to catch them back up. However, this route through Ancoats gave loads of opportunities to catch up with them again with so many cut throughs. Managed to stay with them all the way to the stadium and that was with a couple of off licence stops en route so fuck any negative **** who says it was a shit parade because it wasn’t. In short, you’re chatting bollocks.

I'll take flack for this but I dont care. That was the worst parade ive ever been and thats including Flixton Carnival as a kid. The atmosphere was better at the fucking marathon. I walked from ancoats and perched on the grass on the side of the canal on the way to the ground. Eventually I walked up and then followed the bus back.

Our greatest ever manager and players and blues couldn't be arsed. I get it was hot. We're skint. Went yesterday...heard all the excuses under the sun. Couldnt even turn up to wave off the greatest ever
