"He is the fucking man..."

We need that warrior mentality here...

Even the Albanians loved him and knew he was the man.

I hope Zab doesn't go into management because he needs to come back here both him and Fernandinho, they need to get their arses here along with Willy Caballero as the inevitable assistant.

Enzo Maresca's... Bald squad assemble.

I mooted this previously. Worked with him at West Ham, under Pellegrini. Maybe..

Maresca’s wider handpicked backroom staff
that made the move with him from Leicester City to Chelsea included:Willy Caballero (Assistant Manager): Previously worked with Maresca as assistant manager at Leicester City and was a former teammate at Málaga.Danny Walker (First Team Coach): Served as his assistant with Manchester City's Under-23s and then joined his staff at Leicester.Michele De Bernardin (Goalkeeper Coach): Coached alongside Maresca during his time at Parma, and reunited with him at Leicester and Chelsea.Marcos Alvarez (Fitness Coach): Had previously worked with Maresca at Parma, following him to Leicester and then Stamford Bridge.Javier Molina Caballero (Analyst): Brought in as a match analyst, having also worked alongside Maresca at Parma and Leicester.Roberto Vitiello (Development Coach): Assisted Maresca at Parma, joined him at Leicester to help young players, and moved with him to Chelsea. In addition to this core group brought over from Leicester, Chelsea secured the services of Bernardo Cueva from Brentford to act as Set-Piece Coach.

His key team all left Chelsea with him

It’s what all managers do they want their own team that they are comfortable working with and know their methods. No surprise. The most important person at City that you wouldn’t want leaving at the same time is the DOF.
I do understand that, but Enzo will have worked with some of them before.

The loss of the winning mentality in the coaching staff might be crucial if we’re in a title race next Easter.

Yes, but think the ones that had been with Pep all the way through will have wanted to leave with Pep, Lijnders and Toure had only done this season. Think we have to understand this is a new beginning and it will be what it will be.Just going to look forward to seeing it play out not too worried about it., but honestly think him having his own people with him is preferable to others that have worked under Pep for 10 years or more, as Pep said don’t copy be yourself.

I do get it, just don’t particularly like it!

Would be an immense addition if only for the size of his testes.

He was sacked, was he not? I remember the articles at the time claiming their board met to determine his future and their decision to part company with him was reported as unanimous. So he didn't resign then.
