I do understand that, but Enzo will have worked with some of them before.It’s what all managers do they want their own team that they are comfortable working with and know their methods. No surprise. The most important person at City that you wouldn’t want leaving at the same time is the DOF.
The loss of the winning mentality in the coaching staff might be crucial if we’re in a title race next Easter.

He was sacked, was he not? I remember the articles at the time claiming their board met to determine his future and their decision to part company with him was reported as unanimous. So he didn't resign then.
