I think that’s a fair comment. The smear campaign against City has been driven by a relatively small group of haters. Unfortunately they have been allowed to set the narrative. Our Comms operation must take their share of the blame as well.

Sadly these small band of haters have got a huge following of braindead twats

How biased can you be?

City's net spend during Arteta was half Arsenal's £1 Billion. Saka's new deal is a reported £300k pw.

Delaney regularly features on SSN Back Pages tonight. Not a good idea to be so hostile towards a football club.

It's called being a dick for clicks.
I swear most of these journalists are bipolar.
One minute they talk a positive story then in the next breath they write completely the opposite.

Absolutel fruitcakes the lot of them but all with their lips firmly planted on the arse of everything red.

They'll always take a different view of everything to get the narrative that they require - they'd put a marble on the window-ledge in front of Mt Everest and argue that the marble was bigger.

Over the weekend I was speaking to a Liverpool fan. Unsolicited he randomly says "I was reading some of the HYS comments on the BBC about City and I'm genuinely surprised at the amount of slander and disgraceful comments that are allowed, especially on the story about pep leaving"

For a Scouser to notice, it must be bad

Interestingly the article itself talks about the ways Arteta has reshaped Arsenal to compete. It mentions very briefly the comparison with Citys wage bill, but the rest of the article is solely focused on Arsenal itself. Wonder why he decided to tweet that bit to attract people to click his link? Presumably the "Arsenal worked on their training a bit differently" part wasn't quite so attractive for the rabid redshirt...

The thing they never bring up is that City have brought in about £500m more in TV money and prize money than Arsenal in the last decade.

Where is that money supposed to go? They’re not stupid enough to think it could be given away to the fans via cheaper tickets etc - and if we did they’d use it as evidence we’re not a “big club” We’re crucified if we spend it on transfers or wages, it’s like they just want billionaires getting richer.

We pay our players more because they had won 4/5/6 premier league titles and a champions league and EVERYTHING while until a week ago no one at Arsenal had won a pot to piss in.

They conveniently forget the millions we make from acadamy sales and lucrative sell on clauses.
Its not a coincidence that on Sunday Supplement Samuel and Cross praised Pep and the club where the other guest mentioned the usual ,115,wage bill, how Artetas had to compete with a nation state etc etc and of course that guest was United supporting irish wanker Delaney.

Delaneys dad needs to be prosecuted for having this fuckwit instead of just having a wank.
