What would you change about our match day experience?

As a fan watching on the telly 5,000 miles away, please get rid of that clown shouting "Erling..." 3 times after he scores, or more to the point, fans in the stadium stop responding sheep like to his cringey call to the masses.
Fans don't need to be led. It's sheep we're up against...
Oh MES - Sometimes you get so angry, with the simple life they lead

Have parked at St Brigid's school for years, but just can't face it any more. Easy to get out of the actual car park as we park near the electric gate at the back, but once you are out and have driven back past the car park to turn left just before little Tesco all around there for a mile or so is gridlock. Seems to get worse every game, after Villa it was particularly bad.

Parking. Opening the arena has made it ten times worse. It’s often chaos with dozens of stewards standing about doing fuck all. Worst experience was after the Feyenoord game last season. Took two hours to get home. I live five miles from the stadium.

This 100%! It’s an absolute pain walking 25 mins to the station or car when it rains.

Trams - 2 carriages is a joke. Frequency is a joke.

Car parking nowhere near the ground thanks to Burnham. We used to park in a place that was nowhere near anyone’s house and 15 mins walk.

Kick off times for night matches. Hate 8pm
Due to shit traffic and lack of trains home. Make them 7.45 or 7.30. Better for kids.

Cut down on the noise on the concourse in level 3 SS. I just want to watch whatever match is on the TV and have a chat with my mate. Instead I have to listen to music being played . The same music set every week!
Most of these things are not club issues. They’re council controlled

Maybe introduce an app for purchasing refreshments, tied in with your ST for the discount, would save loads of time & you just click & collect

Proper queuing system for the buses, mobile tap on machines, season tickets like the trams

Temporary one way Bus lanes on ANR after the game, right lane going into town via Pollard st & left lane via Every st with a Piccadilly station drop off

Park & ride bus services

Being able to decide on the day to drive or train just drive up and find somewhere to park pay cash, be able to easily get a tram without waiting for 30-45 mims for one, these things do spoil my match day experience, and yes bitter on tap, we do now have a world class stadium a couple of tweaks inside and it would be perfect.

Access and exit to the ground. We drive from Scotland and are of an age where long walks are out of the question so we use the clubs parking facilities. Increasingly their car parks are out of bounds because of coop live stuff. Getting away from the car parks is wacky races. It’s a free for all with no stewarding helping a smooth exit from the three? exits. We stay over so even a drive to the nearest hotel of three miles can take an hour. It’s a proper ball ache and I’m sure with thought could be improved by stewarding and appropriate temporary road closures to get match day traffic away fast. It is the single biggest thing that will ultimately stop us attending.

I’m sure one of the main reasons why so many people leave early too.

Desperately need better, anthemic, lifting, rousing walkout music.
But please - not one produced especially - that's twee.
Boys in Blue is a great nostalgic and meaningful City song...... but probably not one that's going to get the stadium on it's feet, nor to send our gladiators off to inspired combat.

Match Days seem too kid orientated these days, with shouty presenters playing especially to that demographic.
Going to the match with your parent was a rights of passage - part of growing up and entering the fascinating adult World. That' s what made it fascinating and special. Now it's just like a kindergarten or school day experience.

If staying over find a hotel on a match bus route or the less busy tram line to Ashton.
