These two waste of spaces have been jailed for killing an innocent person, first time a passenger has been done for encouraging the dangerous driving. Watching the footage on tv they were on helium and doing upto 140mph in a 30. What amazed me was the evidence from their Apple Watch, after the collision it phoned 999 automatically, you can hear them discussing doing a runner and whether they should order an Uber, getting rid of the ballon evidence. They got 12 and 11 years let’s hope they get battered and bummed for that time.

RS3 cuzzy send it brooo. Why do the cunts driving always survive.
It’s mad pal, I’ve been to really bad smashes and they walk away and yet other less innocuous crashes and they die. The guy in this had no chance hit side on at 130mph no side impact stuff is saving you unless your in a Volvo, they are like tanks. Their airbags etc due to them been head on will have saved them.

Driving a car at high speed is as dangerous as walking down the street with a machine gun shooting at random.

Yeah, the driver might not run anyone over but the shooter might not hit anyone either.

Yet one of those would have a far harsher sentence than the other.
Not sure that analogy works.

Driving dangerously and killing someone will always fall on the manslaughter side as proving intent to kill would be generally be impossible.

Firing a gun at random would almost always fall under the murder side of things, unless a jury decided the defendant had no intent to kill, which would be hard to conclude if the defendant was firing a gun at random whilst walking down a street.

Poor man, he was only going to work.

It's like running through town with a tiger. It's like driving a combine harvester through a kid's playground. It's like going to the Large Hadron Collider with a nuclear bomb strapped to my chest.

Had a woman come do my blinds when I moved in to where I live. Found her online. Terribly posh, but a lovely human being.

And then about a year later I had cause to ask her to do more work on my house and she was quite hard to contact, and then I managed to catch her and she told me her 16 year old daughter had died in a car crash about three months before.

All Schoolmates in the car. On their way from school on a country lane. All three passengers died and the driver (17) didn’t have a scratch on him (although claimed memory loss).

Eventually (and it was about two years later) he pleaded guilty to death by careless driving. There wasn’t enough forensic evidence to support death by dangerous driving. He got the statutory maximum less a tiny bit of credit for a (very) late guilty plea. Went to a Young Offenders Institute for over a year.

This lady derived very little satisfaction from the verdict, of course. It’s not going to bring her daughter back. What a thing to endure.
