They are throwing a tantrum because their season capitulated when we were apparently in talks with him, I saw a Chelsea channel report that is the reason and he found it pathetic as well.

Can't see that. If Chelsea are entitled to anything at all it will be very clearly stated in maresca contract/ severance terms in order to make it binding.
If not, they won't have a leg to stand on - either way won't take long to resolve.

No there won’t be any contract stuff, they may report us for tapping up if we did make contact before he left, but that won’t impact any appointment. I think he’s already signed and we do all the media and announcements this week.Whether we have to pay any compensation down the road, no idea.
