Arsenal fans need to give their heads a wobble about some of their players, especially Saka and Rice.
Saka just isn’t that good anymore and is a big game ghost.
Rice is the reason they play so passively in finals too. He’s meant to be their marquee midfield signing that dominates all but he hides behind the opposition’s midfield every big game. Arteta knows this & his deficiencies on the ball are apparent so he tries to cover it up by letting the team sit deeper so they can counter. If Rice tries to play possession ball vs any competent midfield, he gets swallowed up.
Decent n.o 8 but he’s never a pivot player unless you pair him up with a player like Wharton.

Don't give them ideas. They have form for raiding other London clubs for new signings.

Saka is finished as a top level footballer. He never was as good as the media would have you believe but they are in for a rude shock if they continue to play and praise him as their star boy. He has played far too much football in his late teens and it is finally starting to catch up with him.

Declan Rice is simply one of the most overrated players on the planet who never gets called out after an average performance. Yet when he does do something simple like make a tackle or track back he is praised as the arsenal messiah.
