I think this will be the nail in Jose’s coffin.

Obviously a great career but Pep moved the sport past him and he’s been irrelevant since leaving Real the first time. The 2015 league title was a league about to be won by Leicester, the big 6 were all in a mess, Pellegrini holding for Pep, Klopp hadn’t sorted out Liverpool yet, United had LVG, Wenger was still haunting the emirates.
 
He's been finished for years, and even in his prime his main trick was to get his players to believe in siege mentality - everyone is against us. And played horrible as fuck football.

Disaster written all over it. Can't wait to watch them implode, especially that hype job Bellingham.

4 (Ronaldo was there til 17/18 not 18/19)?

They won 2 with Ronaldo and I believe 2 the two years before 2009. Then they won in 2022 I think, and 2024 I think. I know Barca won 6 in his time there, and Atleti the other, and Atleti won again in 2021 when Suarez was there.

I am really not sure, though.
 
Looked it up - missed 2020. Decent guess, though.

That idiot was there between summer 2009 and summer 2018. I knew he'd won 2 Ligas in 9 seasons, which is frankly appalling.

True, and Real Madrid too.

He had spells he played good football. But he usually needed to be greatly better than the opposition to the point he couldn't help but play good football.

It was also more counter-attack bursting at pace, like Ferguson, than Guardiola or Michels or Cruyff style. I am a bit of an ideologue and much prefer possession football. But yeah, probably harsh saying he always played poor football.
