I had that. Rang City. They told me I've not attended 16 games and that I had to go from gold to flexi ticket. I told them the ticket was used more than 16 including transfers. Anybody got any ideas how to argue my case or how to prove it or who to contact??

This says it will.

Although as someone says above, there could be certain criteria not met that stops it.

If you've met the criteria it will automatically renew. I had email telling me mine would. Looking at what you've said they think you've not met the criteria

It doesn't look like they have got the number of new Junior season ticket holders as maybe they were hoping for.

They've been mithering me to fuck about turning some of my junior memberships into season tickets for next year. Seems to be over the phone only though, which is putting me off a bit.
