CFA building, Women’s Team and the Medlock hotel must be worth £750m profit for us then? ;-)
Then we will build another hotel on the back of the Colin Bell called, then the east stand and south stand.

unfortunately managed by a tactically dour manager, the horse punchers would still be shite even if their players were'ntNewcastle should have a Bruno, Tonali, Anderson midfield now
That would be some midfield
It works perfectly. How does he fit into the system with him being more defensively minded? Unless Rodri is leaving, not sure a Rodri x Tonali x Cherki midfield would work under Maresca's system as he utilises box-to-box midfielders, such as Enzo Fernandez ( at Chelsea) , or Elliot Anderson, who may fit better than a defensively-minded Tonali.
It would be but they would be dropping Joelinton who the refs have decided gets 4-6 yellow card tackles a ame because he sort of used to play striker onceNewcastle should have a Bruno, Tonali, Anderson midfield now

Agree.Whenever I've watched him he's been fantastic.
I think if Rodri leaves, he would likely be our target as a more defensive minded midfielder alongside Anderson
I agree but in the seasons ahead we aren’t going to need a ‘Pep’ single pivot. If,as it seems, it’s Maresca then most likely we’ll play a 2 with either of them going forward and the full back coming inside to join the other. It will most likely be Rodri Anderson but whoever replaces / rotates with them doesn’t need to be quite the same skillset as Rodri, so could be Kovacic or Gonzalez rotating with both as it stands or if those 2 went 2 others, don’t really mind who, leave that to the club. He’s much more of a box-to-box player than a 6. Great engine and a good all-rounder, but nowhere near the passing range or ability to take the ball under pressure that any potential Rodri replacement would need
