World Cup 2026

I’m guessing his pacemaker may have saved him this time, but he’s got to think about his family and his life now, surely.
100%. He doesn't come across as the sort to have snorted/pissed/gambled his money away. So I guess he's very comfortable financially. Plus, I'm assuming he'll have insurance (provided he could get it after his previous episode 5 years ago?), either personally or through his union. Get out fella. Go into coaching or media work, and spend more time with your family.

Been loads at High School football games, I presume they are considered sporting events.
Loads???? Maybe at inner city football games. My son played 4 years of football basketball and track in Illinois and not once was there a shooting at an event. Yall exaggerate too much. I’ve lived in the USA my whole life I’ve never been scared to go to a sporting event due to gunshot anything else

American slags off European stadiums for being crap and of all the ones he could pick to emphasise his point he chooses Craven Cottage. Probably the number 1 pick for favourite away ground in the country whenever those questions come round

Should just have it in Germany every 4 years. Brilliant country to watch football. Cracking beer, fantastic infrastructure and easy to get to.
Scotland then every 4 years ,they love football, have good beer ,easy to get to and has as much chance as the USA of winning the competition and a slightly healthier cuisine

So didn’t happen near you so doesn’t happen? Only in the “inner cities”? Your hood is showing.
