Jupiter the higher one, Venus lower.

Spin yourself around and look south west of the moon, and you'll see Mars.

Whats that star south east , the bright twinkling star ?
Must say the sky looks amazing tonight .

Sirius mate.

Seen it! How often does that happen?
Just downloaded the google sky app for my phone

Planets and Stellarium are better mate, especially the latter.

I don't think he is. Is Uranus visible this time of year? ;)

Nights like these, I do love my telescope :)

Just had Jupiter and 5 of its moons in my scope. Quite a sight.

Not a patch on Saturn tho, thats just awesome.

If you look just above the horizon after sunset diagonally down to the right from Jupiter and Venus you might still be able to spot Mercury, which is pretty rare.

Just been out with my binoculars. Can just make out the moons. Incredible. Never seen the night sky so clear.

Wow, I bet thats amazing, I've been thinking of getting a decent telescope just to view the moon in decent detail really but that really whets my appetite - anyone know where to gets them from and how much I need ?
