Do we know when the new squad numbers for the season will be officially announced?

I know we'll probably announce new signings numbers on their OS videos, like with Fabian and Raheem, but what about any changes to current players numbers?

And the lads who have been promoted, like Lopes, Denayer, Kelechi? Surely they'll get new squad numbers congruent with their newly acquired first team status. . .

Stop flapping.
 
Kelchi can wear whatever he wants. I would give him the number 9, look like he may go ahead of Bony and Dzeko and Jov if they both leave.

I generally think getting him secured we have got a 50m player in the making, he looks better than Sterling.

Doubt they'd let Bony change his number now after advertsing the BONY no. 14 shirts on the OS. I think 14 is a good no. anyway, Thierry's number. I'd give number 9 to Kelechi personally.

Would be a big call to give an 18 year old the number 9 shirt, but Kelechi is so good that it just works.

Yeah he's absolutely immense and looks so comfortable and confident I don't think the pressure of the no. 9 shirt would badly affect him, probably the opposite, it could spur him on. Good thing about Iheanacho is not many outside of city know of him or much about him, I think he's going to shock a few people next season given he gets the chance.
 
Apart from the rumour that Sergio is changing from No. 16 to No. 10, apparently, Bony wants No. 9.

Considering the last four holders of that number have been Mpenza, Bojinov, Adebayour and Negredo, I would avoid it like the plague!

Be about right for Bony going off what we have seen so far
 
Was Adebayor definitely number 9? I've a memory of 25 for some particular reason.
