Media bias against City

Take it as a compliment, the more they pamper to the rags etc the more we are hurting them.

Some of the ridiculous arse licking that the rags, dippers and arse & their fans get treated to, shows what a needy bunch they really are.

David James at it now, City lucky to win 2 titles and will drop out of top 4 this term, what is it with our ex players, did we lock them up in a torture chamber before they left?

Keep supplying the comedy BT Sports.

We get slagged of all year round, predictions of finish below the scum Arsenal and what we get when we win the league 24 hours of positivity then back they all go to there default mode of Bullshit

It's fucking bizarre!

Are these media outlets seriously trying to suggest thattheir 'experts' expect the most consistent team of the last 5yrs to drop out of the top 4?

We finished stronger than anyone, our keeper won golden glove, our striker won golden boot and we've bought one of the best young players in Europe. What am I missing? United are shit, Arsenal bought bought Cech and Chelsea haven't really bought anyone - if there was no script/narrative why haven't any of these experts pointed any of this out?

5Live last night was absurd - I'd have sacked the fucking lot of them following their 'analysis'

Been away for a few days, so apologies if already mentioned, but did anyone see The Telegraph's "Five things we learned about the Charity Shield"? One of the points, ostensibly about Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, was devoted almost entirely to slagging off Raheem Sterling:

"If Raheem Sterling is worth £49 million, what price Oxlade-Chamberlain, who gave a timely reminder of the outstanding talent that sets him apart from England’s other wingers? Not only did he terrorise one of the country’s best full-backs with his pace and skill, he had an end product to go with it– something that cannot always be said of Sterling – and scored a brilliant goal to boot. Over to you Raheem."

This was a game not even involving City, ffs.

Delusional, he's known for it in the 'real world', hence he's fucking skint... Never liked him, or his snide Barry Gibbs

This bit made me smile:

"I don't see the City model being right," he said. "Just spending loads of money and acquiring players. It isn't necessarily the model of continued success.

"I have seen changes elsewhere and at the moment I'm not seeing that at City. It is just spend a bit more and expect success."

How the fuck did Chelsea win the league in November.I could have sworn that at Christmas we were neck and neck on points.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, gloryboys moonwalking with the advantage of hindsight claiming to be sages and oracles. It's all bollocks really isn't it? Let's win the title and quieten the maddening crowd :)
