Don't worry, my mrs stayed in all morning waiting for mine and the postie came and posted it through the letter box... It's in a slim box. She wasn't impressed.

Just had text and email. text my dad to see if he had received one as well and he said he had deleted the email as he thought it was spam...haha.

Got the tracking numbers whilst at work so will keep my eye on it for when it arrives. :)

As crap as City can occasionally be with ticket organising etc they'd have to be particularly fecking useless to send seasoncards out in packaging that couldn't fit through a standard letterbox! It's a card which people will need in about a weeks time, do they really want thousands of them being taken to random post offices around the country waiting pickup because the box was too big to be delivered without anyone being at home? It'd just result in the ticket office having to deal with hundreds of emails/telephone calls from fans unable to get at their ticket before the Chelsea game and wanting replacements!

Has anyone that's "gone premium" received their cards yet? Not flapping (honest!) just trying to work out the logic and order in which cards are sent out. I appreciate that logic doesn't normally come into play with the ticket office.

Correction, got home last night and discovered not personalised (never trust a woman to provide accurate information).

Has anyone been in touch with the club to ask if this will be addressed, and replacements sent? It might sound trivial to some, after all its just a seasoncard, but I lost my old man last year and my "personalisation" was a picture of him with King Colin, Tommy Booth & Tony Book. Just wanted to carry him around with me for the season. daft I know, but the club shouldn't be offering something that it then fails to implement. Just a bit crap really..

My dad personalised his with a picture of my sister who we lost to cancer two years ago for the same reason you have your dad on yours. Hoping that it has been personalised.

Got text this morning to say will be delivered today - at long last ! I must admit I was getting a little concerned. After all I have read about the Seasoncard issue, I don't care anymore if it's personalised or not, I just hope it's not damaged !
