There are some things as fans we would expect the club to get right first time. Getting your season ticket for the first home game of the season I would categorise as being up there.

If you haven't moved seats why can't they just activate the old ones why do you need a new one every year. Fair enough if you move or new but I don't have to change my bank card every year.

Anyone who's missing their personalised image can let customer services know and you'll get a new ticket in September with your image on it. They said they believe a couple of files of tickets hadn't been set up right but they would redo them. Only problem was they weren't sure which ones went out wrong so are waiting for people to give them a call.

Still missing SCs instead of worrying about pretty pictures on the cards get the basics right first, last 3 years my card hasn't worked on the first day now I am missing 2 of them lol
