If we do finally sign De Bruyne which I suspect we will. Pedro will get even less playing time with us, than what he would do if he stayed with Barca.

Pedro wants to leave Barca. De Bruyne seemingly not bothered if he leaves Wolfsburg or not.
Pedro has been an integral part of the best team of the last decade. Nasri would not have played for that Barca team.
Pedro is a better footballer than Navas.
But as many have said he's really not what we need. I am not sure KdB either.
We really only need Pogba to turn us into a serious football team.

6 seasons 204 appearances. Take into account the last two seasons he's not played as much and I think we can say from 2009-2013 he was pretty important, pre Neymar and laterly Suarez.Integral? Really?

Never really impressed me, he's a good impact player but not good enough to hold down a regular starting berth in a top side.
Nothing against Pedro, he is a good player - but isn't this summer about rejuvenation and long-term planning? Pedro is very much in the Navas/Fernandinho/Negredo category of short-term(ish) signing. De Bruyne offers years more and IMO is a more impactful player. Pedro seems to have lost a yard of pace too and is not much of a dribbler. He is a smart and talented player though.

He's just going to have a similar role to the one he has at Barca if we got KDB as well. When fit Sterling, Silva, De Bruyne would be first names on the team sheet in attack leaving Pedro as impact sub in the main.

I can't see us signing him mate, it looks like he wants game time which we can't guarantee if we get De Bruyne.

He's 28. Just turned it last month as well. We bought Fernandinho at an older age for more money. It's hardly old. Probably at least 5 good seasons left b
