Great performance by everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. The defence since the Stuttgart game has been nothing short of outstanding, something has clearly been done in training and it's worked like a treat. Sagna and Kolarov have both impressed me and surprised me today. Fernandinho was incredible and on a number of occasions when I thought he was going to get a second yellow he put in a very good challenge. Navas had his best game in a City shirt by far, Sterling dominated Ivanovic and was a great asset. Silva wonderful yet again and there are no words for Aguero. Fernandinho MOTM for me.

I'm just so glad we thrashed Jose, he's been deserving of it for a while and it finally happened. I said in the pre-match thread that I hope it'll be like the game vs the rags in 13/14 where we looked hungry to get our title back, and that was exactly what I saw. Great performance by all and what an atmosphere!
