Post match thread - City v Chelsea

How bizarre. Just got in to see SSN and the interviews, having listened to radio on the way home, fully expecting to be wincing at the Dinho "elbow" on Costa, even more so after listening to that whinging twat Mourinho.

FFS, it's not even a yellow imo, didn't swing elbow whatsoever. It's impossible to jump without putting your arms out, and that's not blue tinted glasses, nothing wrong in the slightest.

Tyler querying if he should have even been on the pitch after scoring! Hilarious

Brilliant win that special mention to mangala, sagna, kolorov, navas and the manager himself

Keep the intensity going lads

Very well done City. Beat the Champions, 3-0, clean sheet & no injuries. Improves our goal difference too. 36 matches to go.

Thought Sagna, Kolarov & Mangala deserve special mention.

A very good team performance.

Don't want to spoil the party but I m genuinely interested in what Pellegrinis detractors on here ( and there were many of them on here last season) think of him after today?

Nice to hear City playing Chelsea music after the game as well!

Just got in, so this has probably been covered. However, can someone tell me what second half Mourinho was watching (long ball City?):

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, speaking to BBC Sport: "We were the best team by far in the second half. What they did in the first we did in the second.

"We dominated and when they feel they are in trouble, and they felt, they changed Aguero and Sterling, they try to recover control of the game is exactly when they scored the second goal.

"Their goalkeeper was good and we couldn't score. They were only coming up with long balls. Not one single problem in the second half, they had lots."

Begovic picking the ball out the back of the net twice must not rate as an issue any more then pmsl.
