Probably the best performance from us in the last year. So many top notch performances from all over the pitch. One of the things that stood out for me was Sterling. His tracking back was great. I think it was off a corner, Chelsea countered and they hoofed it up to Costa who had dragged Kolarov across the pitch leaving out left side empty. Chelsea had a runner over, but Sterling sprinted back and covered while we recovered. Everyone one on that team today gave their all. It was just a brilliant display down to a man. Hungry.

Good call. That one went completely over my head.
Must say, that performance today is probably one of the best I've ever seen from a city team and I've been going since 72.
 
Apologies to the fella on the pre match thread. He said he reckoned it was time we gave Chelsea a good hiding and predicted 4-1. I like a complete tool lambasted him and said he was in fantasy land if he thought the best defence was going to leak 4 goals against a top rival. Shows you what i know. Great performance and we've laid down the gauntlet to the rest of the league. The back 4 were outstanding today and they look so determined not to concede.

And maybe Begovic gets down to low shots better than Courtois ? All ifs, buts and maybes. If Courtois had played we might have been 3-0 up at H-T.

Id like to know where all the flapping cunts from the transfer forum, and I could name names but won't, are this lovely evening? Not one of the cunts have posted thus far.
How come they are always able to bash their keyboard to moan and whinge, but cant find the time tonight?

Crossed my mind about an hour after the final whistle when this thread had only hit 20 pages or so, if we'd lost it would have been 60+ at that point. Miserable cunts.

It's always the same people get too wedded to their opinions and think that to change ones mind is a sign of weakness I always find a flexible out look is most useful and I don't mind changing my mind about things

They almost went wide too, so we were lucky it wasn't a windy day or who knows what might have nearly happened.
