Champions League Draw & TV Pairings

Hello everyone, Juve fan here, I come in peace haha! :D
I've noticed that many of you are talking about the loss of Vidal, Pirlo and Tevez.
Maybe you should also consider the quality of the players who arrived...
Alex Sandro, Sami Khedira, Juan Cuadrado, Mario Mandzukic, Paulo Dybala...
And it shouldn't be over yet, here in Italy there are strong rumours about Axel Witsel and Julian Draxler.
Last year Vidal played his worst season in black and white... he's definitely a great player but maybe it was the right moment to sell.
Pirlo is a legend, but he's 36, to be honest Juve played some of her best games without him last year.
Marchisio often played in his role, and I think it's fair to say that 2014/15 was Claudio's best season ever.
Tevez is probably the biggest loss, his performances was insane last season, but he wanted to return back to Argentina... so Juve couldn't really do anything about it.
We signed Mandzukic though (22, 26 and 20 goals in the past three seasons) who is, by the way, a Champions League winner... and Paulo Dybala (21 years old, considered one of the next big things, he was Juve's most expensive signing from years).

Pogba is not going anywhere, you shouldn't listen to the press.
We just gave him the number 10 shirt... basically we elected him as the "star player" of the team.
There's no way Juve would sell him after a move like this.

Anyway... best of luck for the season guys... and see you soon, it should be interesting!

The thing to remember is that whilst the teams Man U have drawn might not be as good as the teams we've drawn, Man U are shite and we're not.

For anyone who has not been , sevilla is one of the best cities in Europe , went to monchengladbach in 1970's on the coach from city and stayed in eindhoven which was an .... er .... interesting trip

This is no group of death it could've been worse.. in all honesty I like this group Mancity is in WE SHOULDN'T WANT A FREE PASS (like some of our other Epl colleagues) lol.. City have ground to make up and prove we deserve our big club status this a great group for us to do just that "not to hard not to easy" Juventus won't be the tough side they were last 2 seasons a lot of main players has moved on and with Pellegrini knowledge of the Spanish league Sevilla shouldn't be that a complicated side to get around (it's probably the easiest of the 5 Spanish sides in the competition ) lol.. so let's forget all the negative thinking and be excited that this year could be the year we might atlease reach semifinals & beyond.. THE TOUGHER THE FIGHT THE SWEETER THE VICTORY

City v Juve 15/9
Borrusia v City 30/9
City v Seville 21/10
Sevillev City 3/11
Juve v City 25/11
City v Borrusia 8/12

The fixtures have worked out well for us to start with got to be looking at a minimum of 7 points first 3 games then finish with home game against gladbach fancy us 2 win the group!

I remember how much confidence beating Bayern gave us two years ago as we went on to win the title. That is exactly why playing good calibre teams in the CL is a boost. Plus, were probably favourites to top the group anyway, just!

A no-hoper would have been nice but at the same time we are the favorites in this group and will get some games to toughen us up for the group stages, more so than if we were to face a Maccabi, Zagreb, etc. We've got a great shot to at least make the quarters if we can win our group. Let's do it.

Newcastle won't be moved but Southampton might depending on their result tonight.

Sevilla are a tough draw, and these are the teams that they had to get past in last year's Europa League. I've also put where each team finished in their respective domestic leagues last season:

Feyenoord - 4th - Holland
Rijeka - 2nd - Croatia
Standard Liege - 4th - Belgium (Gent and Club Brugge finished above them)
Monchengladbach - 3rd - Germany
Villareal - 6th - Spain
Zenit - 1st (CSKA 2nd) - Russia
Fiorentina - 4th - Italy
FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk - 3rd - Ukraine

It's obvious they are no mugs, but I think we'll have too much for them this year.
