Not his mate's fault. He's not his brother's keeper.
He got into a fight with his brother over it so he's pissed off with him so not his fault

set up a new account and buy tickets to the game anyway?
He thought he was doing the right thing ,how many moan about empty seats ?i hope you get this sorted mate, but if the club offer resistance (as they most probably will, and have every right to do) i would suggest you remind yourself that it was you that fucked up, not them.
one of life's lessons learnt there.
Am I being Clarkied here for asking the obvious ???Similar happened to me and was told you shouldn't give your ticket to anyone and 3 game ban stood also had to sign a declaration that if I was banned further more the ban would be for life before I got ticket back
On another note, I think its about time we were treated correctly and allowed to take a pint to your seat. I would include UCL games as well. Can we start an on-line petition.

No idea I don't know him it's the brother of someone I know was row s though so about 2/3 of the way back just in from the aisle
Who do you think the buck rest with?I've messaged stadiumsecurity@mcfc.co.uk as they won't give me a name or number to get this resolved so will have to await their response.
The terms on your seasoncard do say you can give it to a 'guest' that you know if you are unable to make the game so I'm hopeful the appeal will go my way. Though if I'd just not gone due to working, wedding etc which would make it harder to prove it wasn't me I wouldn't be anywhere near as hopeful.
A few people have said the buck rests with me though I disagree. I did what lots of people do when they can't make a game and passed it on so the seat would be filled. 99% of the time these transactions pass by without issue I was just unfortunate and I certainly won't be doing that again so the seat will remain empty (unless it sells via ticket exchange) and the MEN can have their little story about empty seats.

Quick question to the OP; looking back now, do you think it was a good idea to lend the ticket to someone you admit you didn't know?
Happened to me a few seasons ago,got accused of smoking in the bogs( wasn't by the way)by some Showsec twat, emptied all my pockets to prove I had no cigs, lighter, fuck all and told them to search me.Took me and my little lad downstairs to sort it out and one of them asked to look at our season cards.
I gave them to him and he fucked off through a door, the other Showsec wankers opened a fire exit and pushed me and my lad outside.
I asked the club to prove in any way I was smoking, they couldn't but I was still banned for 3 games.......they would not budge.
Dunno if this has been suggested but I would tell your mate to tell his brother that you want the money for the face value of the tickets for the games your going to miss.If he's got anything about him he'll pay up.
Had them ask for my cards once....told them to politely fcuk off....same with anything thats mine
Don't think it's as bad now,but I think them wankers got to a point of trying to justify their jobs.
I had about 6 or 7 people telling them I wasn't smoking, they were having none of it.
Worked with a lad who never smoked in his life, same happened to him.
