This fan tattooed a transcript of Martyn Tyler's legendary commentary of Aguero's Premier League winning goal on his arm.

Very admirable, but shouldn't Niall Quinn get a mention for the 'Stupendous' bit?

Just saying like..........

More importantly though, he has the words Manchester united permanently tattood on his body.

Same, its done really well and its a great moment in our history, but I could not have 'Manchester United' tattooed on my body.

To the OP, you're opening up a can of worms, we had this argument on Bluemoon in May 2012 about who said 'STUPENDOUS', I'm in agreement it was Niall Quinn.

The man's got a sense of humour. I'll give him that.

The more glaring error (albeit pedantic) Is even if Tyler did some how say STUPENDOUS!!! he didn't say it or any of that stuff at 93:20.

Who cares? Looks smart. Not sure about the 'manchester united' bit though. I'd start self harming if I had that tattooed.

Isn't having a tattoo essentially self harming? :)

Technically, no. Self harm is about changing feelings or connecting to feeling from a disassociated state. Possibly attacking too. Tattoos are typically cultural in-group, out-group markers. It gets into grey areas when someone has lots cos of the pain, or when they're on the face or cock (see post above yours, @Barcon :) ).

That's why I said 'essentially' because I know technically it isn't, despite it being voluntary pain. I suppose the only reason a lot of people have tattoos is because the pain is short lived, in comparison to the time you will have feeling great about having it and living with it.

We go to a forest in Japan for that.
