I hope he's the commentator for the derby and we absolutely leather them so badly that tyler can't contain himself any more and just screams, "YOU FUCKING BLUE BASTARDS!!!! ", then gets sacked. (and offered a job on talkshite no doubt)

Just read the report on ESPN and LvG cannot understand why his top of the league team played so badly. Silly sod was obviously still looking at last weekend's papers.

I kept telling my sister they would come to grief when they played a decent team. (Wonder if I can predict the Lotto numbers!)

Their midfield are like statues whichever two of Blind, Schencerelein, Carrick or Sxhewensteingeinger that they play in the CM spots. WEHT Herrera? Seems the best option to add some movement to that midfield.

Surely teams will figure these out?

And looks like Mourinho and LVG are having problems with Terry and Rooney that Rodgers did with Gerrard. I can't imagine why Rooney hasn't been benched. They're basically playing with 10 men, he's that much of a passenger these days.

You can,t imagine why rooney hasn,t been benched???

Are you naive??

Rooney hasn,t been benched because a few years ago he wanted out.he was persuaded to stay with a massive pay rise and almost certainly a clause which stipulated ,if fit, he must be selected.and nobody can earn bigger bucks than him.Thereis no other tangible reason for a hard line manager like TT to pick him every week based on the paucity of his performances in the premier league over the past two years.

Lets be quite clear here.Wayne Rubesch has not performed well in any top class game of football for AT LEAST TWO YEARS.

Yet he is picked every week. he is undroppable. he is being paid 300k a week. he is a red, walking car crash of a faded super star, live on our tv screens every week doing fuck all and being watched by milliions, sorry billions of people every fucking week.it is lovely to watch.

The guy is trapped in his own contractual nightmare.

Never mind the cosy family life portrayed on some silly tv programme during the week....what was it entitled..the man behind the goals.? what fucking goals?? he,s got about 6 in the past year in top class football.Sergio scored five in 20 mins yesterday.Vincent Kompany, a centre half who has missed half our games thru injury has more league goals than wayne rubesch.Adrian Heath and Paul Dickov would outscore him if they joined utd tomorrow.danny ings is banging them in for the red scouse machine( snigger) some bloke called Owen Goal has scored more for utd this season. The man is a joke.and its all down to his own greedy demands.laughing at yaya when he lost an important ACON..how classy? He was tackled today by an arsenal player, he fell over, and promptly beat the ground with his fists like a spoilt schoolboy in the play ground..the pressure that is on this wealthy little mans shoulders is so huge that it is making him react in the petulant, juvenile style of....a little man.

He has not been benched because he is the utd and england captain.undroppable.and long may it continue.

Top post @dennishasdoneit.

It's funny, when long ball Louis put bog brush head on, his intended subtle danger man to maraud up front for even more long ball sorties up to his massive head, bog brush instead lingered a lot around the back of the pitch near rug head. Maybe bog brush thinks ruggy's coining it in big time loitering around the arse end of the pitch, trying to look concerned but secretly devoiding himself of true responsibility at the knife edge near the opponents goal where it truly counts, that ****'s on an even bigger wedge than I am, I'll play that game as well.

Did they get beat yesterday because you'd never know it scanning through the bbc's football pages. Every day there is a scum 'story' at the top of their pages but i could only find this rather half-hearted match report;

Arsenal stunned Manchester United with three goals in the opening 20 minutes as the Gunners moved up to second in the Premier League table.
United had no answer to Arsenal's opening burst as Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil scored twice in 74 seconds.
Sanchez added a third from 18 yards as the Gunners beat United for just the second time in 14 league meetings.
United improved after the break but Arsenal substitute Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain hit the crossbar late on.
Defeat leaves Louis van Gaal's side in third place, behind Arsenal on goal difference.

Yes, that really is it.

come on he's now clear favourite for BBC sports personality of the year

They've been due a hammering for weeks, it should have happened away at Southampton, at home to Spurs, and it finally happened, how they're third in the league is proof of the false position that they're currently in.

If woy DIDN'T pick the white Pele he'd be sacked!!
It's becoming more difficult by the week to justify his inclusion in any first 11. The last thing they can grab onto now is that he is "capable" of producing a touch of magic.
I think an attack for England of Zaha and the ox out wide with Kane and Sturridge up front would give us a chance of competing against the top sides. Instead, they have to find a place for shrek to steal a place and hand him dodgy penalties.

I kept telling my sister they would come to grief when they played a decent team. (Wonder if I can predict the Lotto numbers!)

I wouldn't get too giddy, predicting them to come unstuck against a decent team is like guessing that the sun will come up.

That was always going to be a difficult game for them but I doubt anyone could have imagined the ease with which Arsenal swept them aside. Carrick and Schweinsteiger could not compete with them and Sanchez was exceptional.

The trouble with Arsenal is their consistency, but if Sanchez stays fit they are going to be our main rivals.

I enjoyed seeing Utd getting humiliated, but it may rebound a bit on us. LVG is going to demand a much more physically competitive game from them when we go there in 3 weeks time

I think the main problem was we were pressing high and Arsenal were playing the ball into the space in behind. One pass took out all of United's midfield and suddenly Sanchez was one on one. Normally, you would let the game pan out in the first 20 minutes, until the team settles, but Arsenal were devastating in their attacks and seemed to score at will. The second half was very different, with some tactical changes, but once again there was no cutting edge with Rooney having another day off and Mata unable to break down a 10 man wall. We got what we deserved, and for one I am happy that we were brought down to earth, because some people were starting to believe that the job had been done, but this team is nowhere near ready to challenge for titles. And there's a big decision to be made regarding the captain.

Haha

Carrick and the pigshit in front of a high back line with that crap Italian at full back, Spanish Dave, Kun and KDB will eat you alive.

Shallyman, do you not think that the gooners took their foot off the gas because they had done the job in 20 minutes?
What decision about the captain do you think will be made? He picks the team. He isn't going to drop himself is he? He is the face (???) of manyoo. The player on the cover of computer games, mentioned in the same sentence as Ronaldo and Messi. The national captain. The subject of a fly on the wall, at home with the rooneys documentary.
He's a national treasure.
A shining example to youngsters worldwide in how to behave on and off the pitch.
Scorer of penalties and blistering 2 yard deflections off his thigh.
The apple of woys well rubbed eye.
He can't be as bad as you say, otherwise, why would united pay him £300k a week for the next 3 years?
