Injuries.

If we can get minimum draw at Manure and a win against Sevilla without further injuries we should be in very good shape. Everyone except Kun should be back by Norwich.

Hello and welcome to the treatment room. Today we welcome back Samir, a regular visitor who has a bed next to Sergio's on the other side of Vinnie's,
Seriously what the fuck?
Someone or some people need their arse kicking or sacking. I have never seen anything like it! How is it possible to pick up so many pulls, strains and teared muscles?
Despite the infrastructure, the quality, the facilities we may as well go to a back street doctor in the depths of Salford! I simply cannot believe that this is allowed to happen so often! Is it the preparation? The lack of preparation? Shit medical staff? Too much training? Whatever it needs sorting before it costs us.

The only bad side to our best players, is that unfortunately they're always more prone to injury, it's the same injuries every single season though which is what gets me. So frustrating with the derby and a tough CL game coming up. Sure Aguero, silva and co are made of glass!

That’s a bit of a flap.

Not fussed about Nasri, he is not part of our best 11.

Re the wider injury problems. We seem to have more than our share of injury prone players. Silva and Aguero being the key ones. But I’d rather have injury prone worldies than reliable but not quite so good players. We will play the most games out of all the top European sides and the PL is the most physical league so it is going to happen. It’s the depth of squad and how we handle it that counts.

You miss my point mate. No flap intended, Nasri wouldn't get in the first eleven in anyone's team.
What I was saying is there must be a reason for so many of the same sort of injury and that it clearly needs addressing. It has gone on for too long now and we have to look at it quickly. We analyse everything so why not this?

Silva isn't injury prone. He's cynical hack prone and won't strap his fucking ankles like he should.

Perhaps I am failing/passing the idiot's test.

Will it not mean that there will only be 1 cup competition rather tha2 and therefore only 1 rather than 2 chances to win a cup trophy?

Wigan have beaten us in the FA Cup final.

It's a physical game and players will be injured during normal play, especially those who are targeted and it's up to the refs to punish such offenders, but the real issue is the number of pulled muscle injuries that our squad attracts especially since Pellegrini took over. It seems like almost every member of our squad has been so inflicted, some more often than most, and questions have to be asked at just what happens in training, plus the competence of the fitness staff. Anyone can make a mistake but the biggest mistake of all is to keep on repeating these same mistakes, and it appears to me that each player should have his own personal training plan to ensure he meets his target for the season.

Clichy, Delph and Silva could be back "next week" according to Pellegrini.

Can you imagine this at The Etihad

This is a very funny 29 second video clip

Greek player given rough treatment by stretcher bearers
Ergotelis player Leonardo Koutris is given some rough treatment by two stretcher bearers during his side's match with AE Larissa in the Greek second division.

The midfielder was roughly loaded onto the stretcher having gone down injured, only to be dropped twice and then unceremoniously dumped at the side of the pitch.

Ergotelis went on to lose the match 2-1.

According to Physioroom Delph Clichy and SILVA could make the derby.....

Which would only leave Aguero and maybe Nasri unfit
