League Cup Quarter Final

You'd be better taking him/her to Old Toilet. They sing nursery rhymes there!
Worry not g. At least one member of the forum could see that you are taking the piss out of the rags singing "with a knick knack paddy whack and not seriously suggesting a blue take a youngster elsewhere. Sense of humour failure I suspect - either that or miserable cunts.

I thought at first he was implying i was a rag, my mistake.

Good pricing from City, usually expect a price hike went it gets to the quarters with the cup scheme price promise no longer in force so £18 is a very good price. We still won't sell out though. Will be interesting to see what south stand level 1 is like with the away fans above and no away fans in between.

I wish that's how it would have been all the time. Get the two singing sections together. It'll just be filled with random fans with many who will be sat down for this as it has in the past. We still have the problem of the two singing sections singing different songs at different times.

It's not just the two singing sections doing that though. It's just more noticeable because of the gap. You often get two songs being sung in the same block or the same song completely out of sync from block to block. I've said it before, our main problem is a complete lack of tempo when we sing. Frustratingly, everything simply has to be sung as fast as possible. It's slightly better away but not much. People that are less inclined to sing at home won't be encouraged enough to join in when they're surrounded by people that don't sing in unison. On the odd occasion we do sing together and at the right tempo it's generally the loudest you'll hear us in the Etihad as others that wouldn't normally bother will join in and it spreads slightly further than the 4/5 blocks that sing.

I do agree. People seem to be obsessed with racing to the end of songs.

Hull might be a test if they play a full strength side and take it seriously. On a good run now nearing Boro 3-0 today.

We should still win comfortably if we turn up but might not be a walk in the park if we don't.

Just a sidenote as I know we, as city fans, like to beat each ourselves up about this subject.

I was speaking to a Bournemouth season ticket holder, who has travelled to every away game, and in his words he 'was really impressed with the stadium, felt like 'Bournemouth had really arrived in the Premiership' when they played at the Erihad and was 'amazed at how the noise of the stadium travelled round the ground'. He made a direct comparison with Anfield and could not believe the contrast from all he had read.

Pity from a Bournemouth point of view that for the home club every Bournemouth game will be just about their quietest game of the season as everyone will turn up expecting to beat them

All booked up for the Hull match with trains and a hotel. Are match tickets available yet? I'm not on the Cup schemes but have a Seasoncard. Tempted to revisit South Stand Level 2 since my relocation.

Perfect. I eventually found the details on the site. It's difficult to navigate around sometimes. £18 for me which is fine.
