But not many could have held off a player within a foot of the dead ball line and still set the goal up
He didn't "set it up" though by definition is my point. If you're classing him setting up the second, which he did, by assisting De Bruyne then Sterling is next in line for said claim to the first.

Perhaps pedantic but you seem the same so why not.

Personally I think we've paid 50+m for a guy who changes games. A match winner. And tonight in all his wisdom MP has him on the bench.
Mid we lose tonight, or even don't win, I think MP will have a lot to answer for.

Maybe he needed a little rest. Bring him on as a massive impact player?

Does anybody really think that he actually wanted to leave out DeBruyne ?

I can't believe this place at times.

Coped well enough away at Roma and Bayern Munich, our best away performances without him. Next question.

Your posts on this issue make a lot of sense but, to be fair, other variables were at play too. Roma were very poor and we played on the break against Munich with excellent performances from Milner and Silva - arguably Milner's and Silva's best performances in Europe for us.

In my opinion, Yaya isn't the problem in Europe. It's how he is used. I'd like to see him play in front of the back four and give Ferna more of a free role to get up and down the pitch. While Yaya will focus on orchestrating the play from deep.

'Arry reckons "Pellegrini will be happy to get beat"

They start on how much more our team cost than Seville, how we are top and Seville are 11th so we should win easy, how lucky we have been to get the results so far, how unlucky Sevilla and Gladbach were, big mistake not to play Ginger, big mistake to play the Ferms etc etc etc

truly pathetic

Ideal line up for CL away game.
Might finally see Yaya do the business in Europe with this line up

Where the fuck.

Is KDB.

Good solid line up,think it will be like the first match very close encounter but have a feeling it will run out a draw, which would be a decent result.obviously want us to win which if juventus do as well that's qualification sorted....

Did you watch the Derby? He was garbage in this system. Give it a rest.
