Rodolfo Borrell would make perfect sense. Been at the club for over 12 months, worked at Barcelona, Liverpool academies, respected by Pep.
It has to be Wilcox on merit, maybe Borrell to take over the u18s.
Uwe would be a backwards 'jobs for the boys' type appointment. I don't think we should hire based on sentimental leanings. If he went for it, interviewed exceptionally then fair enough, but as it is he seemingly has no clear experience working with youth teams.
I don't think it'll be him anyway. It'll be a specialist appointment.
