No its the same as usual. For the last number of years there has been four official international breaks. One in Sept and one in Oct to play Euro/World Cup qualifiers.Seems an awful lot of bloody international breaks this season! No doubt when we underperform at the Euros it'll be blamed on too many games and the players being worm out so why keep adding these extra games
One in Nov either for playoffs like this year or qualifiers. Finally one in March for Qualifiers or in the case of European teams this year friendlies. In addition, there is normally one or two free midweeks which are reserved for friendlies with league games played as normal at the weekend.
