Looks like the focus has been on filling level 1, which wasn't achieved against Hull. That's almost done, except I'm surprised by how many seats there are in the South Stand, especially 115. I mean, this is the singing block, so I thought some might relocate for the ambience.
Anyway I think over 40,000 tonight, hopefully in the range of what we got against Seville (45,000+). Gladbach will officially have 3,000 there but apparently 5,000 of them are here so City might sneak some into a block of empty seats upstairs?

The League Cup (City element of total crowd v Hull) was way down on the previous round as well. Maybe the feel good factor with the new ground has gone

Feel a bit like that myself. Just feel like we're waiting for the next phase eg pep and dare I say a Messi or someone similar. That won't happen til next season so it all feels a bit strange. Pellers demeanour v Stoke was bizarre and that amongst other games just reminds me of Wigan in the cup final. I got offered a free ticket tonight but Im not arsed for a few reasons. I'll be there Saturday keen as ever though. A good performance tonight would give us all a boost, but I'm not expecting it.
