Arsenal away pre match thread

Was listening to Collymore yesterday and for once he said something that made sense - people are getting less and less used to playing against 2 upfront which is one of the reasons Leicster and Watford have done well.

I agree and so I'd like to see us play 4-1-3-2.

Pack midfield and let the front three do their stuff

I have a feeling we will win this as long as Pellers doesn't have a brain freeze and play Yaya +1 as the midfield

Hart

Sagna, Otamendi, Mangala, Clichy

Delph, Fernandinho

De Bruyne, Yaya, Silva

Sterling

Would be team as well. But with Yaya deeper in a midfield 3. And the front 3 constantly interchanging.

After weeks of dreading this has anyone else all of a sudden become confident today? Not sure if it's just excitement

If all of the midfield put in a shift tonight, i don't see a problem. Will be competitive either way.

Can't argue with this side, not much between Kolarov and Clichy and I wouldn't be surprised to see Navas instead of KDB, but Sterling's pace against Mertersacker is a good call. Bring Kun on for the last half hour.

If Aguero is fully fit then he plays it's as simple as that. It's madness not to.
