In the immortal words of Jim Broadbent. "I fucking hate you lot".
It's hilarious watching someone in Delhi trying to explain why Liverpool are, always have been, and forever will be their biggest rivals. He should explain that to my dad, as after 75 years of watching united he definitely isn't on message. He was buzzing after Liverpool stuffed us last month. He was utterly unbearable for days. Last night, he was waxing lyrical about Arsenal's performance on Monday, whereas if we'd won he wouldn't have mentioned the game, unless we'd got an 'iffy' decision to win the game and then that is all he'd wanted to talk about. He said with a straight face the score should have been 5-0(!) as our goal was a fluke; I did laugh at that. Oh and by the way, unlike City, united "aren't a sacking club", even if they sack Van Gaal; I particularly enjoyed that one. That is by far the oddest thread i have ever read, full of posters who don't go the games and believe what they read on the internet or in red top newspapers.

That's the real world folks, not what you see on a computer screen.
I don't know, they've been extremely adept at ignoring the truth for a long long time now. According to rags they've never ever been given a dodgy decision to help them win a game. They've never cheated their way to a penalty (poor Ashley Young, he sometimes innocently tumbles over, that's all). They've never had their team surround a referee or other official if a decision goes against them, and they would never in a million years spend money to achieve success.Just dipped into that thread. It's an absolute gold mine of insanity. I am liking the overall tone of bitter disappointment. The drip drip is eventually going to be a sea chance they can't escape.

And they're not a sacking club, remember. Even if they sack Van Gaal :-)And they've never ever had a sugar daddy or spent money they didn't have or hadn't earned. Honest.
Thank you. Any excuse to post it will do!In the immortal words of Jim Broadbent. "I fucking hate you lot".

He'd join City, because as a professional sportsman he is motivated by winning. His best chance of that would be at City. If you think someone like Pogba would seriously sit down and think "I know, I'll go to Liverpool because they won loads of stuff before I was born" then you are either trolling or too stupid to have a serious conversation with.
They convince themselves 'history' trumps everything else to all and sundry, because it vindicates their own decision making process and acts as a palliative to their innate insecurities.
Ffs ragRead the post to which I was responding ... Even I am saying that Pogba would join City and not Liverpool.

Go easy on him. Following the vermin is a vocation. It's not an easy job, and requires 24/7 application to the cause. Therefore, taking Christmas day off is not an option.Ffs rag
