I agree that we must buy players and we will have the piss taken out of us by selling clubs, BUT 20m for the likes of RSC is fucking ridiculous.

It's currently a buyer's market due to the credit crunch, so he'd be right to tell Blackburn that they can have 15m or fuck off. They certainly won't get more than that from anyone else and they need money to bring in new players themselves. There are better players out there for around the same value, so City should hold firm and call their bluff.
